Dina Bachman
I have always been a creator. My personal artwork is constantly evolving and it is one of my favorite parts of my life. The other favorite is my family. I have an amazing, supportive husband and five equally amazing children, four boys and one girl. My daughter is mother to my two grand-daughters. Dina owns and operates Five Monkeys in Valley Junction, Des Moines.
Nick LaPole
Nick LaPole is an artist and educator living and working in Des Moines. Experiences both at home and abroad inform his drawings and maquettes; these tend to dwell on interior settings, character behaviors, and awkward juxtapositions in space.
Teri Templeton Cadman
I am a Des Moines based artist, born and raised in Iowa, with a BFA from Iowa State University College of Design. I cannot remember a time when I wasn’t creating something. I’ve dabbled in many different mediums and have worked in several different art businesses that, I believe, has made me a better artist. Acrylic painting is my medium of choice and the one that has suited me best throughout the years. I enjoy plein air painting and painting from my own photographs. I paint a wide variety of subjects and objects, specializing in pet portraits, landscapes and upcycled painted furniture. I also provide painting instruction and events to the public under the trade name Inner Artist. I love to paint and to help others be creative, too.
